Raisel, Usually this mailing list is reserved for discussing the development of WTP, not its use (for which the forum is better), nor for what sounds like something completely unrelated.
Shell scripts require that you have the shell for them installed; it's not something Eclipse would provide for you. You might want to look into Cygwin at http://www.cygwin.com/ and install bash or another suitable shell.
