I'd like to suggest a plan that reduce to the minimal this "nothing happens" period: we put everything in JSDT, so the code gets somewhen open for changes, and then we can think of restructuring it. If we agree on that, we just need the CQ to be approved before this can get to JSDT, we can start working on it, and when we hear from other projects (SSE), we can consider moving things where they'd fit the best.
