WTP Server Tools repositories has been merged (details can be found in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=519780). From now on, all product code, test code and documentation changes on master will needs to be done on the webtools.servertools repo. Note that this change is for Photon and beyond since the merge was done on master only. For pervious service/maintenance stream, the repository structure remains unchanged with the 3 separate repo.
