I dunno. Go ahead and close them if you want. In theory the person who opened the ticket should close it, but I really get the sense that people don't want to use Jira.
Right now I'm wondering about all the new tickets that were recently moved in. Is any one looking at them? Any one want to give them a pass and close tickets that are duplications or not-reproducible?
