So let me clarify something. "Developer rights on Jira" mean that you can close defects on Jira/OpenQA. That is all. Originally it also meant that you had subversion commit rights. Well, in fact, it still does, but since we have move the source code to github, they don't mean much.
You have some contributions that we need review. Thanks for that. We grant commit rights to people who regularly contribute code that we like. We are behind on reviewing contributions and appreciation your patience. I wanted to give you full rights to Jira because you were responding almost exactly as I would have.
