More code is needed. Are you sure that it is a *real* modal dialog? Maybe it's
just some popup window? Does it match the following criteria:
:class => 'Internet Explorer_TridentDlgFrame'
Try to find the "window", by using RAutomation only:
puts browser.rautomation.child(:title => /Reporting/).present?
Does it work? If yes, then that is not a modal dialog, but some other normal
window.
