The watir repository is now a container gem that will bundle what we feel is the best set of tools to make testers successful. Going forward we shouldn't have much code in this gem and it will just install other gems.
I've checked in the first version of this which bundles watir-classic v3. I've also updated watir-classic so it builds a single gem. Tests pass locally and for watirspec so I feel pretty good about the changes. When you're ready to release you can push watir 3.0.0 and watir-classic 3.0.0. Then a 'gem install watir' should work fine. Thanks! Hugh
