Hi,

I'm relatively new in watir team, so not sure about the organizational 
decisions.  

I personally think it makes sense to use the money for Watir Bazaar in the 
future, though I have no idea how much would it cost. However, it's cool to 
have a dedicated conference.

Regarding Software Freedom Conservancy, I don't see how Watir would benefit 
from membership, but again I have little understanding of how it's operated.
