I did make some modifications to `window_switching_spec.rb` yesterday. For the specs that changes size and position of the window, we were reusing the `before` block from the specs that switch between windows - thus opening a new window unneccesarily. I discovered this because recent Chrome versions is having trouble resizing the window with multiple tabs open. I guess the spec change exposed some bugs in PhantomJS as well. My advise would be to extract a test case, report it against Ghostdriver/PhantomJS and add guards to watirspec.
