I tried the screenshot approach but received the same timeout error on the line that is trying to take the screenshot.
Turning `$DEBUG` on I saw a few of these around the timeout: `WEBrick::HTTPStatus::EOFError` The wget on the test failure worked fine, and the `Watir::Rails.running?` returned true.
