As such currently there is no tar ball or gem that exists for FireWatir. You need to install SVN client from sourceforge.net. ( http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=138498&package_id=151948) and then import the source code for watir (http://svn.openqa.org/fisheye/viewrep/watir/ ) to your machine. Under the branches tag there will be branch named "firefox". This directory contains code for running watir on Firefox. Follow the instructions that are there in the document. Please mail me in case you face any problem while installing the extension.
Regards,
Angrez
P.S.: Frames are still not supported by FireWatir will be adding this functionality soon in future. Please see the documentation for the list of elements that are supported or refer to this mail ( http://rubyforge.org/pipermail/wtr-general/2006-March/005235.html)

anyone point me to it?
Thanks--
