I have had some similar problems in the past. As it turned out the server IP the forum comes from was on the Spam Block list for the entire license class (if I said that right) any way, I had to have the cyber-security guy open up the spam filter to allow the specific IP for the forum. Problem solved...for me anyway. ;-)
