This should help with understanding ruby gems versioning:
http://rubygems.org/read/chapter/4
http://rubygems.org/read/chapter/7

If you install the latest and 1.4.1 via gems then you can use gems
versioning. The one click 1.4.1 installer installs to site_ruby not gems.

Sorry, my summary may not be very clear, because of my limitation of
summary size. My question is, what is the point of being able to install
Watir 1.4.1 and 1.5 side-by-side, if I can't tell which scripts to use
which version (because I have some things which are not fully compatible
with 1.5 but I'd like to use 1.5 in the future and now for newer
scripts. How does one accomplish this?

Thanks,
