jinX are hosting a day of ultimate frisbee for all interested women on March 25th! The day is open to everyone who wants to join a day of fun and high level women’s ultimate. It simultaneously serves as a tryout for jinX Black this upcoming outdoor season (please read below about the division into two jinX teams). We practice during the same time on a shared field, but each team has its own leadership and tournament schedule. jinX Black is Berlin’s elite women’s team, looking to defend the national title and win EUCF. We’re looking for committed, strong women who want to play ultimate at the highest level and have a great time while doing it. We practice twice a week from April through September and teammates are expected to attend at least 60% of practices. We are very excited about this European season and look forward to growing together as a team! jinX Blue is Berlin’s ambitious, direct-democratic team that's currently in the process of building and shaping our new identity. Our aspiration is to have focused weekly practices with a group of committed women, to grow together, and to have lots of fun playing this awesome sport. We also look forward to rocking cool tournaments together like Windmill (and more). We're committed to fostering an empowering, equitable, and inclusive environment on and off the field. At tournaments, we aspire to take our performance seriously and give 100% as individuals and as a team, but always with equal playing time and without undue pressure. März, 10:00–15:00 Uhr Am 25. März organisiert Team jinX einen offenen Ultimate Frisbee Trainingstag für alle interessierten Frauen! Zu diesem Tag laden wir alle herzlich ein, die Lust auf einen Tag mit gutem Frauen Ultimate haben. Der Tag dient zugleich als Tryout für jinX Schwarz für die bevorstehende Outdoor Saison (weiter unten findest du mehr Informationen über die Aufteilung von jinX in zwei Teams). Beide Teams trainieren zeitgleich auf demselben Platz, aber haben jeweils eigene Verantwortliche, Philosophien und Turnierplan für die Saison. –————————— jinX Schwarz ist Berlins Elite Frauen Team, das diese Saison den DM Titel verteidigen und die EUCF gewinnen will. Wir suchen nach engagierten und starken Spielerinnen, die Bock haben, gemeinsam in einem ambitionierten Team Ultimate auf höchstem Niveau zu spielen. Wir trainieren von April bis September zweimal pro Woche und erwarten von jeder Spielerin eine Trainingsbeteiligung über die Saison hinweg von mindestens 60%. Wir sind sehr gespannt auf diese europäische Saison und freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam als Team zu wachsen! jinX Blau ist ein ambitioniertes basisdemokratisches Team, das sich gerade zusammenfindet und seine Grundsteine legt. Unsere Ideologie ist, fokussiert und committed wöchentlich zusammen zu trainieren und coole Turniere wie z. B. das Windmill zu rocken. Wir möchten uns zusammen weiterentwickeln und Spaß an diesem nicen Sport haben. Dazu wollen wir ein empowerndes Umfeld für jede schaffen, um frei und gleichberechtigt spielen zu können. Dazu wäre unsere Vorstellung für die Turniere: persönliche 100%, ernst nehmen aber kein Leistungsdruck und möglichst gleichverteilte Spielzeiten.
