Hey guys, School starts up soon and I need help with recruitment. 1) Flyers advertising our first meeting need to be created and distributed. Our first meeting is Wednesday, August 25th at 8pm in the Laurel room at the Mountainlair. a) Someone needs to create a flyer b) People need to distribute.
2) TABLING FOR FRESHMEN There are two fairs this year, one in the 'lair and one in the rec center at 5PM on August 20th, so I need people to table, preferably 2-3 people at each, and some team bikes so we can show off. Let me know if you can do both or either. PLEASE. Thanks, Emily
