Dean,
Definitely do not change the charters now. It is already out for review.
The easiest thing to do would be for these folks to submit their comments as part of reviews sent by their Member orgs ... if they are part of Member orgs. We have had many months of informal reviews,
Now we must give the Members their formal right to respond. Getting disparate
comments from people from the same company might be interesting, but not always
helpful.
If these people do not work for Members, we can still consider their input
along with the Members', and make changes based on it.

Hi Chris, Steve,
Maciej, Ian and David have given useful feedback on the HTML WG charter.
What is the process by which this feedback is considered?
Does it have to wait until it is submitted by the AC review?
If some of the feedback is accepted then it might be a significant
change to the charter. Does this mean an extra round of AC review is
required?
Or, if everyone "here" agrees, is it possible to change the charter
currently under review?
[I'm not sure who is included in "here" - the people that have replied
so far? the entire list of people cc-ed?]
