Hey, I wasn't sure where to email comments, but you should probably add a section to the draft (or maybe a future version of the specification) that defines loading of fonts from a "font context". As far as I know there are no media types for fonts and all user agents happily sniff for @font-face.
http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-fonts/ is the only draft that currently deals with loading of fonts (has some data on formats too) and I suspect it should reference your draft once it details the sniffing algorithm.
