One of the issue which we discussed in the third webid call 2 weeks ago [1] was
to move the webid-spec repository (along with the getwebid.org HTML sources) to
a neutral, community-owned github repository. I was making the point that this
should happen as soon as possible so there isn't too much data to move around.
Henry voiced an opinion about putting it off until the next call (which was
today). We were supposed to take a decision today, but we ran out of time
during the call. I'm still in favor of making this move asap.

I suppose I am not against. But I find $7 a month for a bug database a bit much,
even if Manu pays for it.
Other options I can think of:
1. Have a page per bug on the esw wiki
perhaps
WebID/Spec/Issues/{1,2,3}
etc..
2. another repository?
3. I have webid.info
We could put a bug tracker on there and the spec too.
If someone has a machine I'll point it that way.
Michael Hausenblas at DERI suggested this might be a possibility. I quite like
the idea of DERI galway hosting it, as they are a very reputable academic institution.
re 2: could we not ask W3C if they'll host the group w/ issue tracker
etc? seems like a logical home, or does an official XG/WG w/ charter
from W3C need to be in place for this to happen?
