In Google Chrome on OS X 10.6, I get earl.png by default at that location, which is unhelpful. You could (a) change the location of the PNG (recommended), (b) link to intro/earl.php, or (c) fix the conneg precedence rules on Jigsaw or whatever w3.org is being run out of these days.
