Given that we used http://www.w3.org/TR/html-main-element/ for the <main> 
element specification,  I guess "html-picture-element" works.  

Ted:  Would you be okay with "html-srcset-attribute"?

For the use cases, can I suggest "respimg-usecases". And for the picture 
element, "html-picture-element"…. if only because that's how I've prepared them 
already.
