removedNamedItemNS in Acid3

Hi Hixie,

Josh was looking at Acid3 to check what we'll need to implement in 
Servo, and noticed test 67 requires implementing removedNamedItemNS on 
element.attributes, which we've removed from DOM. Could you update the 
test to not require that?
