You are receiving this e-mail because you are one of the over 50 people that have requested "Observer" status for the Oct 30-31 face-to-face meeting of the W3C's HTML Working Group in Santa Clara, CA. If you requested to attend this meeting as an "Observer", consider your request "approved". However, please note all of the seats at the meeting tables will be reserved for HTML WG members. Observers will be admitted to HTML WG meeting room on a "first come, first served" basis to use any of the chairs that are not needed for WG members. We will pre-allocate specific time slots for a few agenda topics and time slots for other topics will be determined at the beginning of the meeting on Thu Oct 30.
