About http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml2-20060726/mod-meta.html

XHTML 2.0 Specification gives an example which might lead to interoperability
problems.

        "<meta property="dc:identifier">
      http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3236.txt
        </meta>"

Specifying an URI in a CDATA section might create troubles as the specification
doesn't define a normalization of the content. All of these following syntaxes
are possible values extracted from the example above. There are more
possibilities.

        - " http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3236.txt";
        - "http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3236.txt "
        - "http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3236.txt";
    - " http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3236.txt
        "
This example is not a good practice and should not be showed or at least said
that it's a bad practice leading to problems. The note should be warning.
