About
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml2-20060726/mod-styleAttribute.html#col_Style

XHTML 2.0 says:

        "The syntax of the value of the style attribute
        is determined by the default style sheet language."

How the default style sheet language is specified?
If there is a formal way, define it and put it in the specification.

In HTML 4.01, it was done either by setting in the document.
        <META http-equiv="Content-Style-Type" content="text/css">
or in the HTTP headers
        Content-Style-Type: text/css

What Are the different ways in XHTML 2.0?
