Historically, this list has been monitored by the XHTML Working Group.
When issues related to XHTML family specifications are submitted, those
issues are relayed to the Working Group's issue tracking system. The
original submitted of each issue receives an acknowledgment from the
XHTML Working Group. Going forward, that acknowledgment will also be
copied to this list so there is a public record of the reply. We
