Once the below change is made, LIStyle should also be changed.
It is also currently a string and could be defined as a union
of ULStyle and OLStyle as described in the documentation tag.

Subject: OLStyle should be enumeration?

In all the XHTML 1.0 schemas (http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1-schema/)
OLStyle type is defined as a xs:string. In the documentation, it is
clear that it can only take 5 values.

Why isn't it defined as an enumeration? Is there a reason or is it an
oversight?

Suggested correction is below:
<xs:simpleType name="OLStyle">
     <xs:annotation>
       <xs:documentation>
       Ordered list numbering style

       1   arabic numbers      1, 2, 3, ...
       a   lower alpha         a, b, c, ...
       A   upper alpha         A, B, C, ...
       i   lower roman         i, ii, iii, ...
       I   upper roman         I, II, III, ...

       The style is applied to the sequence number which by default
       is reset to 1 for the first list item in an ordered list.
       </xs:documentation>
     </xs:annotation>
     <xs:restriction base="xs:token">
        <xs:enumeration value="1"/>
        <xs:enumeration value="a"/>
        <xs:enumeration value="A"/>
        <xs:enumeration value="i"/>
        <xs:enumeration value="I"/>
     </xs:restriction>
   </xs:simpleType>
