Hi, forwarding the following mails with the authors permission. He mentions some typos in the "old-new + current website" which you might want to fix, as those texts are copied+pasted to the new website, AIUI.
Thanks,
Holger

*Dear Holger,
Briefly going through the manual I must admit that it seems fine.
I found a couple of small typos.

*Skolelinux is delivered and can be ran as a supported service from
Independent Software
Vendors from many countries.*

As far as packages go it seems that Abiword is no longer included.
To my opinion this is unfortunate for two reasons:
1. Abiword starts much faster than OpenOffice.
2. Abiword can save files in almost any conceivable format. In my
work I have had good use for the possibility to save in rtf-format
(OpenOffice can do that too) and in LaTeX-format, which (my
version of OpenOffice can't do that). Maybe I am prejudiced due
to the fact that I use LaTeX2e for all of my writings.
*
*It seems incredible to me that any school would prefer Windows
over Skolelinux.
*
*Best regards,
*
*Esben
*
*P.S. I hope that it is OK that I send this mail directly to you.
