As I read the info which is available (which aint much), we simply dont know: jaw043 is listed at http://www.joomlartwork.com/free-joomla-templates which is prefaced with "We design and provide free Joomla templates as well. If want to build a business or personal website, you can use our joomla free templates. Here can be found many categories of free joomla themes, for business, health, music, pets, art, real estate, soccer, interior design websites. Browse our free templates gallery and find the perfect joomla template." But sadly, this doesnt say/mean anything. Strictly speaking, the template (files) miss(es) any copyright information, meaning that "all rights reserved" (and the copyright remains with the author) applies. Because, "it's free" can mean anything.
