[slx-www-int] wiki pages moved

Hi,

I've just renamed all www-wikipages from DebianEdu/wwwGuidelines to 
DebianEdu/www/Guidelines to have a better defined namespace.

Links inside the pages probably still need to be fixed, I'll do this soon.

I'm unsure whether to create pages redirected to the new pages from the old 
ones, what do you think/prefer?
