The idea is to render the www logs and give the user a way to evaluate them.
From now on lets call the system here exposed, Tlack.
Tlack would be a system that would give the user random sites to evaluate. The more credits the site had, the more it appeared in the random generated sites list.
The more sites the user chooses to evaluate/compare, the more credits he will have to distribute as the total will be greater.
He would distribute the credits with a system of horizontal bars next to each URL, given by Tlack system. He would be able to fix some bars and move all others, in his browser Tlack, so as to have a total of 100% credits distributed.
The owner of the URL would be able to buy credits and make the site more visible in the random generated sites listings.
