AARRGH!
Ok, I've checked the FAQ and the manuals, I still need help.
I set my purge options as follows:
use-mtime = no
max-size = 20
use-url = no
del-dontget = no
del-dontcache = no
default = 14
As you see, I want the cache to stay below 20MB when I purge it.
But whenever I do a "wwwoffle -purge" it deletes ALL pages and hosts.
This is the output from the command:

Looks like some problem with access time, am I close?
