Did you define the mail servers under
"Edit", "Preferences", "Mail", "Mail@Newsgrous", "Mail Servers" ?
You have to click the little triangle next to "Mail" in order
to get the COMPLETE menu.
If you did as described above, do you have the problems ONLY when
you set localhost:8080 for http and ftp ? The http and ftp -
settings should have no influence on the mail-functions.
