This is the way Lynx indicates an error. Since the WillGet
is a '404 not found' page (in fact, I don't clearly know
what it means), Lynx shows the appropriate message and waits
for several seconds. The delay can be modified in the lynx
config. See comments in /etc/lynx.cfg
