I intend to subscribe to Safari Books Online and would like to know how to specify the fetching of the following pages:
http://safari.oreilly.com/main.asp?bookname=nettroubletools&mode=1
where the value1 is replaced by successive higher values to reflect the chapters and sub-sections.
I am using wwwoffle 2.6b
