I can tell many of them by their link color when browsing lasttime, or with my "brilliant" wwwoffle-chunks package [on my website]... wherein I break lasttime into chunks of 40 links at a time, and when I'm finished with a chunk, I rm it. That way I pretty much keep track of what hasn't been read.
