There are many ways that a program like WWWOFFLE can be used.  I can't
imagine all of them, and in this case I can't see why you would want
the monitored pages and not the ones requested when offline.

If you don't let the fetch complete then there will always be
problems.  This may be that the page is incomplete (missing the
images) or that some pages are not fetched

The monitored list shows the pages that have been requested.  It
doesn't show that they have been fetched.

You can call it a workaround or you can call it extending WWWOFFLE
using.  The way that WWWOFFLE works and the data that it stores is
open and not hidden from the user.  This allows people to extend it
this way or any other way that they want.
