The sender of the spam is not subscribed to the mailing list. Anybody
can post to the list so that they can get WWWOFFLE help. The list is
not moderated. To get the quickest turn-around of messages the list
receives and sends messages automatically once a day when my computer
dials up (even when I am not here).

I use spamassassin to check my personal mail, but I have yet to find a
good way of integrating this function into the mailing list
processing. The mailman list manager program is stopping about 1 or 2
a week itself, but there are still some getting through.
