I have fixed this in version 2.7g. The problem was that in offline
mode an empty file in the cache caused nothing to be sent to the
browser. The browser re-requests the file. Repeat forever.
I am sure that in a previous version of WWWOFFLE such a file would
have been deleted. This is the behaviour that I have re-instated. If
you select a URL offline and the cached file is empty it gets deleted
and your browser will try again and re-request it.
