Selecting not to cache the page only means that the page is not
cached. If you have enabled censoring of the cookie header then this
will still happen.
If you try accessing hotmail and it fails then you should check the
lasttime index. It might be that there are some other sites that are
being cached that are causing the problem.
When this problem is happening it would be a good idea to make sure
that Mozilla is configured to propmpt for cookies. This way you can
see if you are receiving any cookies from the sites.
You could also run WWWOFFLE with debugging enabled (see the FAQ for
details) and see if the log file is any help.

I don't know why you should get a cached page from a different yahoo
account. It should not be possible for WWWOFFLE to do anything that
bypasses yahoo security.
