Sniff, these days after a google or two, I just get their 403
forbidden pages.  They must have figured out I have violated
http://www.google.com/terms_of_service.html No Automated Querying, or
even 'Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other
things: * performing "offline" searches on Google.'

Probably serves me right for becoming too dependent on them, smoking
the proprietary crack.

Of course no other wwwoffle-users have seen this, so it must be
because I'm connecting from a scruffy ISP or country.

Wait, this might be an opportunity to think about wget
--random-wait style features, and fetch priority
ordering.  BTW --limit-rate might be nice too as during intensive
fetches I can hardly get a word in edgewise to other connections.
