The strange thing is that http://www.faqs.org/docs/htmltut/forms/
_does_ work. Leads one to suspect that perhaps those other docs are
pre-compressed or such...

Hmm, something probably went wrong at my end :)
The strange formatting is probably due to vim wrapping the text when I
pasted it (I have vim set to wrap at 72 for email messages).
Sorry for the confusion here.
