Even with two spam checkers running (one on my ISP and spamassassin
locally) it seems that some spam can still get through. There have
been 60 non-spam messages this year and two spam ones. There are also
about 5 spam messages a week that are blocked correctly that you all
never see.
There are only two things that I can do to stop this. First I could
make the list so that only members can post to it (which doesn't help
people who read it through gmane). Second I could make the list
moderated so that all messages need to be approved, but that would add
a delay to all messages. I would rather leave things as they are
unless it gets much worse.
