There is a bug in version 2.8 of WWWOFFLE that means that if you have
the reply-chunked-data option set and try using SSL then it won't
work.  This will be fixed in version 2.8c, but for now disabling this
option will work-around the problem.  (WWWOFFLE cannot use chunked
encoding for SSL anyway since it must act as a transparent proxy for
SSL).
