Oh, well. I think i found a solution (but i'm just going to test it). It's rather obvious: Make ~/.wwwoffle/purge.conf the symlink, pointing to /etc/wwwoffle/purge.conf. The latter should be rw-rw-r-- for proxy.proxy then. Fortunateley it looks like wwwoffle does not change the permission flags when writing back the file from the web interface. Can i trust this single test ?
