[...] with my slow dialup but sundays free download, i use to suck tons of material which i might use some day in the future, and therefor like to have *many* domains which never get erased (like wikipedias). Also, for the fear that some sites with cool information or layout may disappear some day (which happens regularily).
You might be interested in putting those on CD-ROM so they never get erased and then merging them into the WWWOFFLE cache with an overlay file system such as http://lufs.sf.net.
