You won't have a cached version of the file in case you need it again?
If you really don't want to have the file cached for some reason then
unsetting the http_proxy environment variable before running apt-get
will work and the file will not be cached.
If you decide that having a local cache of debian packages is useful
(for example if you have more than one computer to install them on)
then using WWWOFFLE to cache the files is a good idea.
