Say, we know wwwoffle can change the colors of links to indicate that they are already in the cache, but there is several finer cases: the link is to the very page we are reading the link is to an anchor (#bla) on the very page we are reading the link is not to the very page we are reading the link is to an anchor (#bla) not on the page we are reading The last two could also be to pages not in the cache, and also to requested pages (but we don't request the anchor part...)
Anyway, mainly I'd like a new color indicating anchors...
