More importantly, I'm seeing cases where --add-header makes %PDF-1.2 200 and then injected several lines deep into the body: Connection: close Proxy-Connection: close maybe it thought it could add a 200 after the %PDF-1.2, and then there is some race condition as I was reading off a CDROM cpio... anyway there seems some worry that the addheader lines might not always be at the top. Or maybe this is all my making, as I didn't get it reading from a file and don't want to test further today.
