Sure wish there were a marker I could set for a given site that if http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_threshold_of_hearing was in the cache already, I wouldn't go ahead and request uppercase http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_Threshold_of_Hearing again.

In all sections that accept URL-SPECIFICATION s the comparison can be
made case insensitive for the path and arguments part by inserting the
'~' character before it.
but that won't help me here it seems.
