Nils, I wanted to block google.com.tw, as well as google.com.
Micha, it all started when I set my browser not to give google their
cookie.  I then noticed the devious javascript they send, but I recall
they don't always send it, surely to be more sneaky.  And of course I
didn't build a case firm enough to go blabbing about in some privacy
newsgroup.
